Anodizing Oxidiation

    anodized coating thickness

    Definition of Anodizing Oxidation

Anodizing Oxidiation,Electrochemical oxidation of metals or alloys. Place aluminum alloy products in the corresponding electrolyte, forming an oxide film on the surface of aluminum products under the action of an external current.  it usually refers to sulfuric acid anodizing.

To overcome the defects of aluminum alloy surface hardness, wear resistance, expand the scope of application, and extend the service life, surface treatment technology has become an indispensable part of the use of aluminum alloy, and anodizing technology is the most widely used and most successful .

    Anodic oxidation process

    1. Aluminum parts as the anode, lead plate as the cathode

2.Put the aluminum and lead plates together in the aqueous solution, which contains sulfuric acid, oxalic acid, chromic acid, etc.

    3. Electrolysis

    4. An oxide film is formed on the surface of aluminum and lead plates. thickness is 5-30 microns

    5. Coloring, such as Black Anodize. anodic oxidation is great performance on aluminium Extrusion parts
